Everything is printed when u order it, just for u. Here's how that works.
Wrong size or changed your mind.
All sales are final: because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Each product's size chart is under "The important little details". Please check it before you order.
Misprinted, damaged, defective or the wrong item.
We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don't need to send anything back unless we ask.
Lost in the mail.
If tracking says it was delivered but it isn't there, or your order stops moving, email within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Cancellations.
Email as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been printed yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's printed, it's yours.
Refunds
They go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
